Use of Service
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all documents you upload and must ensure you have the right to print them. We reserve the right to refuse service for any material that violates copyright or local laws.

Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed via Razorpay. Prices are subject to change based on shop rates and print configurations. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided once the printing process has started at the partner shop.

Limitation of Liability
XerService acts as a platform connecting users with local printing shops. We are not liable for the quality of the final physical print or any delays caused by the partner shops. However, we strive to partner only with verified and high-quality vendors.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
